Born this Way Tee.. Hi Blog! Happy New Year!! 2012 is upon us and my goal is just tò do everything twice as big, have twice as fun, and work twice as hard. Sounds like an easy one, huh? So many highlights from last year, I don’t know where to even begin.. Venìce was one of my favorite stops from last year.. And working in Budapest has given me such a néw found perspectivé on history and geography. I mean, thesé were only places I saw and studied in geography classes while growing up. Central Europe is amazing and when Americans speak of small countries smashed together on a map, this is it! 1 hour and you’re in a different culture, language and a way of doing things. Simply. Amazing. Prague was also cool, on my second visit there, Ì got more of àn appreciation of central Slavic culture.. Not to mention learning a few Czech words. I’ve séen Half of Slovakia. Okay, by Train, but it was still so breathtaking sééing Alpine forests with fresh powdered snow on the says leading up to Christmas. Seeing and participating in traditions very different from my family is something that will be embedded in my memory for years to come. So here’s to àn amazing 2012 for you my friends and family!
